When You Need Flat Roofs
Puddles of standing water remaining on your flat roof 48 hours after rain. Blistering, cracking, or bubbling visible across the felt membrane surface. Damp spots or mold forming on interior ceilings directly below the flat roof. Your existing flat roof is over 15 years old and showing signs of wear.
How We Do It
We inspect the underlying deck and timbers for rot or moisture damage. We strip away the failed membrane and repair or replace compromised decking boards. We install high-specification insulation and a multi-layer felt or seamless GRP fibreglass system. We finish all edge trims and outlets to ensure flawless drainage and weatherproofing.
What to Expect
Most flat roof replacements or installations are completed within 1 to 3 days.
